I have had the privilege of not only hosting a 6 year running video podcast- Heart and Hustle: Visionaries, Healers, Movers, and Shakers, full of outstanding conversations, tips and tools of the trades of being creative and artistic folk- dancers, musicians, painters, writers, healers, light workers, body wellness experts, coaches, and so many more.
I have written and published 4 books, been on staff for magazines, with words and photographs as my medium, produced a zillion dance technique videos and online classes, and also produced and performed on many recordings of music in several genres!
But I have also been honored and blessed to be invited to be a guest interviewee, in a multitude of podcasts, magazines, and books. To share my expertise, my years of experience, the trials and successes of my business and my creative world.

The Steps to Manifesting Your Desires Starts with Gratitude
You’ve heard of the Law Of Attraction, yes or no?
One of the basic Laws of the Universe, and I do talk about it quite often, like almost every day!
What you focus on, comes to you. Where your attention goes, your energy flows.
OK, how about this? Have you watched the movie, The Secret? Came out in 2006. Give it a rewatch.
Or Abraham Hicks, great talks on YouTube, and lots of books. Great inspirational talks. And awesome in person too.
The premise for all of these is how to manifest what you want in your life!
And letting go of old stuck patterns and stories.
I work with my clients on these ideas, because it truly is about connecting with your heart and soul, defining and clarifying what it is you are wanting, visualizing, meditating, how to rewrite your story, to become a magnet for those desires. Healing, changing, expanding.
It is like rewiring your brain, with your heart. Changing your habits, changing your practice. Changing your neuro pathways.

Then there is the believing, the asking, and the receiving steps, but more on that later.
Do you want to work on this more for yourself? Ready to rewrite your story and write it as you want it to be, now, in these later years?
Remember, Thoughts, become words, become things!
The number one thing to manifesting is getting clarity on what you are wanting. And I mean in full detail. And you start to journal it out, daydream, envision, write it down, smell it, feel it, see it, taste it. Where are you? What are you wearing? Who are you with?
BAM!

The best place to start is GRATITUDE!
You’ve done this before, perhaps, and it always changes. I’ve talked about this many times, having a gratitude practice, DAILY! We’ve done this as a group several times in the past, so powerful, so full, so connected. So insightful.
