As you know, I don’t interview very many men on this podcast, not for any negative reasons, just that I”m in contact with many women around the world, and love to network and support women in business and magic and wellness and art!
I do love people’s stories… and Simon and I had a super fab conversation about how he works mostly with women too. And his history of all the jobs and side hustles to get to where he is today, and we also found many similarities in our background experiences!
Reflect, Reframe, Reinvent!
love that…
goes right along with my
Movement, Momentum, and Magic philosophy for coaching…
I think you will enjoy this conversation and do let us know of any questions or your thoughts!
A challenging and compassionate leadership mindset mentor, raised in a strong, matriarchal household with 3 powerful female role models guiding me. Mum, Auntie and big sister resonated well on my perspective and empathy, helping me to develop a caring, challenging and compassionate coaching style. It was this context that ultimately drew me to support female leaders.
I have served 100’s of women leaders to break through the barriers holding them back to reflect, reframe, and reinvent their mindset to drive positive and lasting change in their workplace. And in their lives.
With only 20 men selected, it was an honour that my female clients’ recommendations placed me on the Northern Women’s Power Inaugural Advocacy List in 2024 for driving change in gender equality.
I’m a Dad to two terrific teenagers, a loving partner, a loyal friend and an advocate that everything in your life is achievable once you know where to look within the limitless potential you possess.
Fitness and nutrition play a huge role in my life. I work out consistently, eat wisely, play competitive tennis, run weekly with Rundamentalists, my local Running Club.
Since turning 58 years old in May, I have achieved my PB for 10K and in June I competed in my first ever Fitness Race, The Deadly Dozen.
Enjoyed it so much now focused on competing in a Hyrox competition.

Edit B Kiss,
Trauma Healer, Spiritual Teacher, Author

Hey there, what’s shakin on the beautiful day for you?
Get ready for the week and have a look and listen to my conversation today with Edit B Kiss!
We talk about writing books, she has written several also, and her writing practice. We talk about how she shifted from the corporate world, went through her own healing and now works with others to heal.
I always love talking about one’s self-care journeys, and Edit’s self-care practices include meditations, her Ancestor Release ritual to help release old stuck patterns and entities. Eating and supplements are really important for her of course, plus movement for raising vibration!
Hearing about her struggles to show clients her methods, and using group community work to share her work, there is always a bit of a hustle in getting one’s work out to the world and get clients too.
Enjoy this conversation and let us know your thoughts. So good…
With over 20 years of experience in spiritual practices and trauma healing, I have clients from all over the world, including the US, Canada, New Zealand, and the UK; these awesome humans range from millionaire traders, to influencers, to artists.
As a #1 best-selling author, Humanitarian Award winner, and international speaker, I’ve been featured in numerous media outlets like Voyage LA, Shoutout LA, Thrive Global, Canvas Rebel, BRAINZ, Medium, MSP, and FOX43, showcasing my credibility and expertise.

More about Sue:
Sue Willoughby is the founder of Willoughby Coaching, where women over 40 confront their personal obstacles and change the trajectory of their lives with the power of Equus Coaching. Equus coaching helps you discover the profound impact of non-verbal communication and self-awareness as you engage with horses, gaining insights into your leadership, communication style, and personal growth.
Raised by a single alcoholic parent, Sue struggled with low self-esteem and learned from an early age to be self-sufficient and embrace discomfort. She came out at the age of 17 and struggled to find her place in the gay community, attempted suicide at 19, and was on a path of living hard and playing harder.
Her life dramatically improved when she met a new partner in the early 90s and moved across the country with her. After this move, Sue returned to school, started a new career, and became a homeowner and a real estate investor.
Sue found coaching through her lifelong love of horses. They were always there to support her through some of the darkest and most difficult times of her life and she now finds fulfillment in being the coach she wished she had in those challenging times of her life.
