Hello Love, Is It Time to Rewrite Your Story?
Have you ever felt like someone hit the dimmer switch on your life? You know there is a path ahead, a brighter and bolder version of yourself waiting to emerge, but the “how” feels shrouded in old patterns and the weight of daily responsibilities.
If you are ready to move from uncertainty to aligned action—rewriting your story, restoring your wellbeing, and stepping into a life that feels abundant and alive—this is your invitation.
I am so delighted to start this next circle for women!
Introducing:
The Next Chapter Women’s Circle ( and Mastermind)
This is not just another mastermind; it is a soulful, three-month virtual journey designed specifically for women ready for change.
Whether you are a creative, an entrepreneur, or a seeker, this circle provides the compassionate roadmap you need to reclaim your voice and move forward with clarity. With feminine empowerment and a deeper connection…
Starting June 2, we begin a 12-week transformation that blends soulful inquiry with practical steps. And let’s add some fun and celebration to the journey!
The 3-Month Roadmap
What We Focus On
Month 1
Reconnecting With Yourself
Honoring where you are, letting go of old stories, and rediscovering your voice.
Month 2
Reimagining Your Life
Exploring creative dreams, designing your ideal lifestyle, and building self-trust.
Month 3
Stepping Into Your Next Chapter
Making courageous choices, creating your Personal Vision Plan, and celebrating your integration.
Why a Women’s Circle?
There is a unique power in sisterhood. In this circle, you aren’t walking the path alone. You gain access to a community of like-minded women who “get it”—women who are also ready to write their own rules and decide how their lives and businesses will work for them.
Our gatherings are a mix of the “woo” and the practical. We use tools like the Magic Action Plan (MAP) to ensure that your big visions are supported by grounded, doable steps you can take every single week.
What’s Included in Your Journey?
- Weekly Gatherings: Live sessions via Zoom to keep the drive alive and the juices flowing.
- One-on-One Support: A private strategy session to tailor your success plan.
- A Private Community: Access to our private Facebook group for ongoing support and connection between calls.
- Actionable Tools: Soulful prompts, visioning worksheets, and guided rituals to restore your energy and presence.
Your Next Chapter Begins With One Loving Step
The launch for our next circle begins on Tuesday June 2, for 3 months, and I would love to see you there.
Are you ready to stop wishing for more time and start living the story you’ve always wanted to tell?
Your first step!
Let’s connect and see if this new women’s circle is the place that will bring your ideas and dreams to the light, with real action plans and a beautiful circle of connection with other women.

Hi loves,
There comes a moment in life when something begins to shift.
Not always loudly.
Not always all at once.
But quietly… honestly… undeniably.
A sense that something no longer fits.
A feeling that the version of you who carried so much for so long is ready for something new.
Knowing that there may be more waiting for you — more clarity, more meaning, more of yourself.
If you’ve been feeling that pull, this is for you.
I created The Next Chapter Women’s Circle as a gentle guide for women standing in the in-between — the space between what has been and what is ready to become.
Inside, you’ll be guided through reflection, clarity, and the first steps toward what’s next.
This is not about having all the answers.
It is about learning to listen to what is already asking for your attention.
If something in you is ready for a new chapter, begin here.

Download your Free Guide here: The Next Chapter Women’s Circle
And if, as you move through it, you find yourself wanting deeper support, there is also an opportunity to book a private consult and explore what your next chapter could look like with guidance.
For now, simply begin.
With love,
Paulette

and today’s guest dancer
Aysha Anjuli, from Australia

Hello there ,
I do hope your weekend was fantastic and you are ready to get your week kick-started with some more inspiration from our dancer, Aysha!
It is so much fun for me to have these conversations with our GC dancers from around the globe and hear their stories, sometimes this is the first time I have talked to them as they are studying and dancing with our GC Master Teachers. ( Yes, I am a proud grandmother!)
I do like to keep these conversations short so you actually have time to view the whole thing, but I also know that we could talk forever about our GC dance and our journeys…
Enjoy our conversation, Aysha is just a shimmering delight and I think you will fall in love with her too!
So enjoy our conversation, watch here on YouTube:
or listen in on SoundCloud, or Spotify

More about Aysha!

Finding Your Everyday Magic: A Journey Home to the Soul
In a world often filled with chaos and the mundane, it is easy to forget the beauty that surrounds us.
Many women find themselves overwhelmed, anxious, and exhausted by daily demands, hiding that anxiety behind a “busy” lifestyle while quietly losing their joy. But what if you could learn to see the magic in the everyday? What if you could find wonder in the ordinary?
I always say to myself, that I want to live lit up every day!
To live “lit up” is to shine your light and intentionally create your own everyday magic. Magic is not something you have to go out and find; it is already here, waiting for you to see it through a shift in energy and perspective.
Our perception of reality is largely shaped by our perspective. When we choose to see the world through a lens of positivity and gratitude, we open ourselves up to a whole new realm of magic. Even the smallest moments—the twinkle of holiday lights or the magic of a leaf unfurling—can become extraordinary when we take the time to appreciate them. Heck yeah!
Soulful Practices for Everyday Magic
Creating magic requires moving from “peak performance” to “embodied presence”. To be totally present, to be in your body, to stop and listen. It is about returning to yourself and rediscovering confidence, vitality, and joy through connection and movement.
And movement is so important on all levels of our being, spiritually, emotionally, physically…
- Move Your Body: Moving the body is a major factor in raising energy. Whether it is dancing around your kitchen, practicing yoga, or a bellydance class, movement rocks the spirit and helps you get unstuck.
- Connect with Nature: Spending time in nature is a powerful way to calm the mind and open up to the beauty of the world. Make it a daily non-negotiable. I have to go for a walk every morning with my dog and just breath and look around.
- Cultivate Gratitude: A huge gratitude practice is essential for living lit up. Make a habit of expressing gratitude for the good things in your life, big and small. Journaling every morning or evening is a great practice, even just for 5 minutes to think about gratitude.
- Embrace Creativity: Express yourself through art, dance, music, or writing. Creativity allows you to tap into your inner self and explore new possibilities. What are you wanting to create?
- Practice Mindfulness: Stay present and appreciate the moment. Let your breath become an anchor—steady, kind, and alive. A great practice is to do some breathing exercises.
Reclaiming Your Magic in Midlife
As we age, our desires and priorities change. Midlife is a powerful season to reconnect with your body and rewrite your story. It is a time to release the “invisible workload” of to-do lists and focus on what is truly important now.
By shifting your mindset from what was to what is now important, you can step into a new dream life filled with freedom and creative flow.
Joining the Circle
Magic is often amplified when we gather in presence. A women’s circle provides a safe haven for sharing, healing, and tapping into collective feminine wisdom. It is a space where you can be seen, heard, and supported as you navigate your own transformation.
And yes, I have a new virtual women’s circle mastermind starting in May, to be revealed soon! Stepping into your next chapter!
Are you ready to reclaim your energy and joy? Now is the time to find your rhythm, ignite your flames, and step into your everyday magic.
I’d love to know what you are wanting to transform. Times are so different now, and your transformation, as a woman, is taking a new twist. Feminine creativity to step into your new vision, so you can create that magic for your whole being!

Let’s talk!
The Cult of Busy
In our wacky and often dysfunctional (these days) modern world, “busy” has weirdly become a badge of honor. I see folks wear packed schedules and overflowing inboxes as proof of importance, productivity, and even self-worth.
The constant hum of activity, the endless to-do lists, the feeling of always being “on”—it’s become the default setting for many, almost a religion we all subscribe to. And even using it as an excuse, instead of saying ‘No”.
But what if this relentless pursuit of busyness is actually hindering us, rather than helping us? What if the true path to fulfillment lies not in doing more, but in doing less?
The Allure of Always Being On
There’s a subtle but powerful societal pressure to be busy. From a young age, I feel many of us are taught that hard work and constant effort lead to success. Social media often portrays a curated version of productivity, where everyone seems to be achieving groundbreaking things, running marathons, and building empires all before breakfast. This constant bombardment of “success stories” can make us feel inadequate if we’re not constantly striving, constantly working, constantly busy. Know what I mean?
Some folks equate busyness with importance. If you’re busy, you must be in demand, you must be valuable, you must be making a difference. This can lead to a fear of idleness, a feeling that if we’re not doing something productive, we’re wasting time or falling behind.
While the idea of being busy might seem appealing on the surface, I think the reality is that it comes with a steep price. What can happen when one is so busy?
- Burnout: Ohhh baby, I’ve been there several times. This is the most obvious consequence. Constant stress and lack of rest lead to exhaustion, both physical and mental. This manifests as fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and a general feeling of being overwhelmed.
- Decreased Productivity: Ironically, being too busy can actually make us less productive. Could be some ADHD setting in…When our minds are constantly racing, we struggle to focus, make thoughtful decisions, and engage in creative problem-solving. We might be doing a lot, but are we doing it well? Not necessarily.
- Strained Relationships: When we’re always busy, our relationships often take a backseat. We might miss out on quality time with loved ones, become less present during conversations, and neglect the nurturing that healthy relationships require.
- Poor Health: Chronic stress impacts our physical health in numerous ways, from weakened immune systems to increased risk of heart disease and digestive issues. Lack of sleep, poor nutrition, and neglecting exercise often go hand-in-hand with an overly busy lifestyle.
- Loss of Self: When we’re constantly caught in the cycle of doing, we can lose touch with who we are outside of our roles and responsibilities. We might forget our passions, our hobbies, and what truly brings us joy.
Quitting the cult of busy isn’t about becoming lazy or unproductive. It’s about being intentional with our time and energy, prioritizing what truly matters, and creating space for rest, reflection, and joy.
I often help guide my coaching clients to stop, sit, listen in…to their deepest desires, changes they wish to make, to re-find themselves.
A couple of ideas for you:
- Identify Your Values: What truly matters to you? What do you want your life to look like? When you align your actions with your values, you’ll find it easier to say no to things that don’t serve you.
- Learn to Say No: This is perhaps the most challenging but crucial step. You don’t have to agree to every request or opportunity. Protect your time and energy by politely declining commitments that don’t align with your priorities.
- Prioritize Ruthlessly: Not all tasks are created equal. Use methods like my M.A.P (Magic Action Plan) to categorize your tasks and focus on what truly moves the needle. Let go of the need to do everything perfectly.
- Schedule Down Time: Don’t just schedule meetings and deadlines. Schedule time for rest, relaxation, hobbies, and simply doing nothing. Treat this “white space” as non-negotiable.
- Disconnect Regularly: In our always-on world, it’s vital to unplug. Break the habit. Set boundaries around technology, take digital detoxes, and resist the urge to constantly check emails or social media.
- Embrace Imperfection: The desire to be busy often stems from a need for control and perfection. Understand that it’s okay for things to be “good enough” rather than absolutely perfect.
- Practice Mindfulness: Being present in the moment can help you appreciate what you have and reduce the urge to constantly be striving for the next thing.
Quitting the cult of busy is a journey, not a destination. It requires conscious effort, self-compassion, and a willingness to make changes. But the rewards—improved well-being, stronger relationships, greater clarity, and a deeper sense of fulfillment—are immeasurable.
It’s time to reclaim our time, our energy, and ultimately, our lives.
