Together We Rise A free Creative Women’s Gathering Circle
There is something truly magical about women gathering in a circle.
It’s a chance to pause from the busyness of life, reconnect with yourself, and be reminded that you don’t have to walk your journey alone. When we come together with open hearts, we inspire one another, share our wisdom, and create space for healing, creativity, and possibility.
For connection, community, some healing work with our guest Martina and EFT tapping, some journaling with me,

Heart and Hustle #225 with me, Paulette Rees-Denis and today’s guest Ramona Kossowan a Women’s Wellness and Empowerment Coach
Hello Beautiful,
So many women tell me they’re doing everything “right”… and yet they still feel exhausted, disconnected, or like they’re constantly pushing through life.
In this week’s episode of Heart & Hustle, I had the pleasure of talking with Ramona Kossowan about something that often gets overlooked in our healing journeys—the wisdom of the body and the importance of creating safety within ourselves.
Ramona shares how stored stress, nervous system overwhelm, and unresolved emotional patterns can keep us feeling stuck, and why lasting transformation begins when we learn to work with our bodies instead of against them.
Together we explore:
• Why healing isn’t about pushing harder • The connection between your nervous system and emotional well-being • Releasing what your body has been carrying for years • Midlife as an invitation to reconnect with yourself • Finding strength, confidence, and peace from the inside out
It’s a gentle, thoughtful conversation that reminds us we don’t have to stay in survival mode. There is another way—one that feels grounded, compassionate, and deeply supportive.
I hope it encourages you to slow down, listen to your body, and trust that healing doesn’t have to be a struggle.

Have you ever felt restless, even when everything in your life looks “fine” from the outside?
That feeling isn’t necessarily a sign that something is wrong. More often, it’s your soul gently asking you to pay attention. It’s an invitation to grow, to evolve, and to step into the next chapter of your life.
Many women reach a season where what once fulfilled them no longer fits. That doesn’t mean you’ve failed—it means you’ve grown. What once felt exciting may now feel complete, making space for something new to emerge.
Instead of seeing this season as a crisis, what if you viewed it as a renaissance?
Your life is a beautiful reservoir of experiences, wisdom, and creativity. Nothing has been wasted. Every chapter has prepared you for what’s next.
The invitation is to slow down long enough to hear your own inner wisdom.
Meditate. Journal. Move your body. Spend time in quiet reflection. These simple daily rituals help you reconnect with yourself so you can hear the gentle whisper of what’s calling you forward.
Remember, you don’t need to have every answer before you begin. Your next chapter unfolds one step at a time.
So today, ask yourself:
What is my soul asking for?
What have I outgrown?
What quiet whisper have I been ignoring?
What’s one small step I can take toward the life I’m longing to create?
Honor the whisper.
Trust the shift.
Your next chapter isn’t someday—it’s now.
And as always, keep making your everyday magic. 💛
If you missed the live, the replay is waiting for you!
If you have been feeling a sense of restlessness lately—that quiet, nagging “is this really it?”—I want you to know that you aren’t stuck. You are evolving. Midlife isn’t an ending; it is a seismic shift and a fertile ground for a glorious renaissance.
There comes a time when something inside begins to shift, even if everything on the outside still looks the same. You might feel bored, restless, or simply unmagical. This isn’t a crisis—it’s a sign that you have outgrown your old identity and the new one hasn’t fully formed yet.
Identifying the Restless Knowing
Change doesn’t always arrive as a big moment; sometimes it shows up as a quiet knowing you can’t ignore anymore. You might be experiencing:
A Desire for “Something More”: A craving for more ease, joy, creativity, and alignment.
The “Enough is Enough” Moment: A realization that you’ve spent too long as a people-pleaser, neglecting your own well-being.
A Creative Longing: Feeling drawn toward new creative pursuits—writing, painting, music, or dance—even if they don’t “make sense” yet.
Success Plateau: Feeling “trapped” in your own success, where everything feels pre-planned yet hollow.
Reframing the Transition
Instead of pushing the discomfort away, what if you simply acknowledged it? Confusion is often the doorway to reinvention. Arriving at midlife—which I believe spans from the mid-40s into the 70s—grants you a perspective you couldn’t buy in your younger years.
This is the perfect time to write your next chapter—one that is richer, deeper, and unflinchingly authentic. It’s about shedding the expectations of others and coming home to your body, your breath, and your spark.
Gentle Reflection for Your Next Chapter
Take a moment with your journal and sit with these questions:
Reflection Prompt
Your Inner Inquiry
The Shift
What feels like it may be shifting in your life right now?
The Alignment
If your life felt more aligned, what might feel different?
The Desire
What are you craving—physically, spiritually, or emotionally?
The Legacy
What is on your NEW bucket list of desires?
You Don’t Have to Do This Alone
One of the hardest parts of being in a season of change is trying to make sense of it by yourself. You don’t need to have a perfect plan to move forward; clarity often begins as a feeling.
Whether you are seeking more abundance, fulfilling relationships, or a deeper connection to your spirit, the first step is awareness. You are worthy of happiness and fulfillment, and prioritizing your well-being is not an act of selfishness—it is a necessary step toward a balanced life.
If you’re ready to quiet the noise and rewrite your story, I invite you to step into your next chapter.
Is it time to create a journaling practice that brings you more clarity, creativity, and inspired change?
Your words hold incredible power. They help you uncover what’s true, imagine what’s possible, and gently guide you toward the life you’re ready to create.
I’d love to invite you to join me for From the Body to the Page: Word Witchery—a six-week online journaling experience that’s so much more than a writing class.
Together we’ll gather in a warm, supportive circle of amazing women to explore stories, poetry, guided prompts, reflection, and creative expression. No writing experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to listen to your own inner wisdom.
