Make time your friend!

Make time your friend!

Make time your friend!

What goes on your calendar this week, goddess? Put YOU in your datebook. The things you desire to do, the things that make you feel good. Get things done that bring you riches. With pleasure and excitement. Schedule in that downtime. What feeds your soul? Make you special and sacred, every day.

I’ve been writing and thinking so much about ‘time’ these last few weeks, and how people, women in particular, my clients, view time, their time. Or lack of…

This is becoming an epidemic, you’ve heard me talk about it before. I am here to  help you re-establish your relationship with time, to help change your mindset about YOUR time, and how to step into time with love and affection and excitement…

…instead of worry, anxiety, and exhaustion…

 Sound familiar?

(plus I pulled out some old favorite songs about time that will get you stepping! See below)

Are you drowning under the weight of daily responsibilities that leave you with little time for creative pursuits and self-improvement? Those daily to-do’s are called the Invisible Workload! Have you heard that term before? Those are the things that you do unconsciously, usually for someone else, that take up your precious time when you could be doing something that truly feeds your body, your heart, and your soul. Distractions, unending questions, from house cleaning to errands, to not saying NO.

Time is one of the most valuable resources we have. It’s finite, and once it’s gone, it’s gone. That’s why it’s so important to make the most of our time and to find ways to save time whenever possible. But instead of worrying about time, what you really want to be able to do is to step into time as a beautiful thing you do have… today, each day…and being super present in each moment, with intention.

This is one of the main focuses in my new

Women’s Circle and Mastermind:

Soulful Self-Care for Joyful Creative and

Abundant Living

A 3 month virtual women’s circle

Starting February 5th, 2024

These are simple to-do’s about time ( yep, more to-do listing!)  but something to start thinking about. Here are a few tips for saving time:

  1. Plan your day. The first step to saving time is to plan your day. This means knowing what you need to do and when you need to do it. Once you have a plan, you can start to prioritize your tasks and focus on the most important ones.
  2. Delegate tasks. If you have the ability to delegate tasks, do it! This will free up your time so you can focus on the things that only you can do.
  3. Automate tasks. There are many tasks that can be automated, such as scheduling emails, sending reminders, and tracking your expenses. Automating these tasks will save you time and energy.
  4. Take breaks. It’s important to take breaks throughout the day, even if it’s just for a few minutes. Getting up and moving around or taking a few deep breaths can help you stay focused and energized.
  5. Say no. One of the best ways to save time is to learn to say no. Don’t be afraid to decline invitations or commitments that will take up too much of your time.
  6. Take care of yourself. Eating healthy, exercising, and managing stress will help you stay energized and focused.

Sounds easy? Ha! The first thing is really looking at yourself, and your new desires, and what is important for you, now, today, not 10 years ago, not last year, but TODAY!

We change, and as we grow older, our desires change, our priorities change. And to acknowledge that, shifting our mindset from what was, to what is NOW important…

That’s what I help my clients with, so they can step into their new dream lives, their new ideas of lifestyle as we age, and set new priorities, new methods of self-care, and management for ourselves, our creative projects, and our new wishes.

Do you know what yours are? Or you haven’t had time to even sit down and hash it out with yourself. That invisible workload, those distractions, the same ole same old shit that keeps bumping you in the head.

Time to let go, dear heart, time to shift, your body, your heart, your head…

And make everyday count, make it sacred, make it yours!

It’s TIME to make those changes, so you can free up more time for the things that matter most to you.

And that is why I’ve created this new Women’s Circle and Mastermind!

Soulful Self-Care for Joyful Creative and Abundant Living

So you can get the tools, the support you need, and the community of women to inspire and lift each other up!

Julia Harrell,
Spiritual Teacher and Healer, Episode #178

Hey my friend!
How is your week going? Ready for the weekend yet?
I’m excited to share this new episode of Heart and Hustle with you, and to have you meet Julia!

She is clairvoyant, a spiritual developer coach, and a drummer! We’ve got lots in common. We talk about more and more healers stepping into their power now, these days, and their connections and leaning more into their purpose. This is SOOOOO important. To see women standing up into their new and changing roles!

We talk about her childhood and her sensitivity and feeling alone, not quite sure what she was feeling, thinking she was broken.. Came out the drums and beer, switching to meditation and better spiritual work. On to clairvoyancey. And more training.

And continued growth and curiosity and answers to those unanswered feelings of growing up. This is a great chat. How many of you can relate?

And we all have that kind of standard operating equipment, born with it! But many of us have lost it through our aging.
And of course, we talk about her self-care! Because I Iove having that conversation with everyone!
She shares some tips, too, about getting self-connected.

More about Julia:

I am a Spiritual Minister and long-time meditator along the path of Clairvoyant training and Ageless Wisdom practice.

I have been actively involved in clairvoyant training since 1999 and continue my studies today with Michael Tamura and the SHAPE community. SHAPE is a group of ‘advanced clairvoyants’ that use these skills in various vocations to help others awaken their own abilities and fulfill their purpose as Soul and to share and spread their light in the world.

I am a graduate of the basic clairvoyant program at Aesclepion, women’s healing classes, meditation I & II, kundalini training and have taken classes in Trance Medium healing. I have also completed multiple Mastery Courses, along with many other classes in advanced clairvoyant training with Michael Tamura.

My journey began as an earnest attempt at how can I make the world a better place, and soon moved to learning to clear and clean my own space first, then serving as a guide for others around me.

From here I could begin to offer assistance to others by giving individual readings, healings, and teaching classes and workshops. My studies began with an esoteric practice and study group where I practiced for several years in building a foundation in meditation with the focus of meditation as a service to humanity.

Now it is my greatest joy to offer spiritual guidance to help others on their path of awakening to all that they are and all the abilities they possess.

Time Management is Real, but let’s do it by making it divinely sacred

Time Management is Real, but let’s do it by making it divinely sacred

Time Management is Real,
but let’s do it by making your time divinely sacred

I see this with all my clients these days… overwhelm, never ending to do lists, losing self, can’t fit it in, blah, blah, blah…

Time is one of the most valuable resources we have, and yet it’s often the one thing we manage the worst. How do you feel about that, my friend? How do you manage your time, your schedule, your dreams? Or do you?

In today’s often chaotic and fast-paced world, to be able to live your life to the fullest, to make time for your pleasure, and to love your work, and make it SACRED, it’s more important than ever to have good time management skills. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by your workload, or if you’re always running late, let’s talk.

FIRST: YOU are the most important part of all of this, But remember to step into your feminine side for this. We have heard about busting ass to get things done, Masculine, right? Doesn’t work. Being forceful, full of lists, braving the shit storm of overwhelming work load and too much to do. Just runs you down and brings on more anxiety and frustration.

Dear heart, take time to honor yourself, to take exquisite care of yourself. As we get older, make time for rest, relaxation, and fun. Let’s move forward with womanly grace. When you’re feeling refreshed, you’ll be better able to focus and manage your time effectively. I can’t emphasize this enough…

And sometimes you have to say no to more things, so you can say YES to the things that feed you, and make you feel great.

And you gotta know your WHY for getting things done. This brings peace and clarity and confidence.

So, this is what I help my clients with, you creative women ready to create some changes, to get started

  1. Set your priorities. The first step to good time management is to figure out what’s most important, and why. Make a list of all your tasks for the day, week, or month, and then rank them in order of importance. Have a good calendar to help you see your time. This will help you focus on the things that matter most, and it will also help you avoid getting sidetracked by less important tasks. No more self-sabotage. BUT… you have to know WHY you want to do these things.
  2. Break down large tasks into smaller ones. Once you’ve identified your priorities, it’s time to break down your large tasks into smaller, more manageable ones. This will make them seem less daunting, and it will also make it easier to stay on track.
  3. Set deadlines for yourself. Once you have a list of smaller tasks, set deadlines for yourself. This will help you stay motivated, and it will also help you avoid procrastination. And then…CELEBRATE yourself, always, and acknowledge your wins!
  4. Take breaks and Move that Body. Self-care! It’s important to take breaks throughout the day, even if it’s just for a few minutes. Getting up and moving around, or taking a few deep breaths, can help you clear your head and stay focused.
  5. Delegate tasks. If you have too much on your plate, don’t be afraid to delegate tasks to others. Ditch the invisible workload. Don’t be afraid to ask for help so you can step into your super power! This can free up your time so you can focus on the most important things.
  6. Say no. It’s okay to say no to new commitments if you’re already feeling overwhelmed. Taking on too much can lead to burnout, which will only make it harder to manage your time.
  7. Use time-management tools. There are a number of time-management tools available that can help you stay organized and on track. Find one that works for you and use it consistently.
  8. Hire a coach for support, clarity, new tools, and a new way of looking at your desires.

Mostly step into your feminine intuition, your feminine body, heart and soul… Empowering yourself and listening deep, better connection, and learning how to step into graceful manifestation tools. Following these tips can help you improve your time management skills and get more done in less time. So if you’re feeling overwhelmed by your workload, or if you’re always running late, set up a time to book a strategy session with me so we can help you understand and move forward! You might be surprised at how much more productive you can be, with more freedom, pleasure and ease

As we step into a new era, a new time in our lives, careers, and creativity, finding your NEW voice is a journey of self-discovery.

It’s about TIME, and talking to and redirecting your time to make it work for you and your desires… it’s a shift, mindset and physical shift…

It is about showing up for yourself and your desires, participating full-on! It is about being patient and not giving up on your dreams.

Finding your voice is a process, find your time is a shift, not an event. It takes thought, effort, and practice. And often it takes asking for help.

That’s why I’m here, as your coach. To help you find your new voice, as we grow older, because our stories change. Our desires change. And we want to release the old stories, too. Time for a rewrite, a rewire, and a renew!

And step into your glory and all that you desire and deserve. To bring to light the new part of you, or the new all of you! So you too can shine your light!

It is worth it. Investing in yourself, taking time for your feelings, giving yourself more self-care time and more reflection.  And adding structure and tools to make those dreams happen. When you find your voice, you find your power. You find your way to connect with others and make your mark on the world. And that is a hell yeah!

It’s a great time of year to set new intentions. Now is the time to stop the old roller coaster and step onto the smooth sailing ship of desire, yours! Because you are ready to go there, to give yourself this time for focus, clarity, and way more joy and abundance, it’s time for us to talk so you can get off that cycle of sameness. I would love to schedule you for a ( free) zoom chat to see what is next for you, if coaching with me is going to bring you into that place of joy and satisfaction abundance, and relief from overhwhelm. And how I can help, giving you tools, strategy, and healing while you move forward.

Click here so we can talk and see what you are ready to bring forth for your desires!
https://paulettecoaching.as.me/findingyournewvoice

So it’s time go out there and find your voice, your passion, your purpose, so you can shine your light. The world needs you…let’s do this together!
