PATIENCE, they say it is a virtue!
Patience is a thing I have never had much of! How about you? I’ve always been high energy, on the go, a million projects running, me running too, like the energizer bunny. Leo energy, triple fire, hot…
This week I’m relearning how to walk slow. To slow down. Taking care of my mom, who broke her leg, is 96, and is moving reeaalllll slow, with her walker. Full time, 24/7 caregiving is a thing of patience. I stop myself, listen, and love. Walk slow, breathe deep, honor the crone, bring in kindness, and radical compassion. For her, and for myself.
These times are different, not just here in this household, but in the world, too, we are on full blast, want instant gratifications, get aggressive with others, quick to make decisions, haphazard frequencies all around us. Do you feel that?
So lovey, it is time to slow down and take extra special care, for yourself, about what you want, who you are showing up as, what you are asking for. Take deliberate action. With purpose. Your desires are worth all of you. Hell yeah. Can you stop and listen?
This week I’ve been handing out love messages on my instagram page ( as I’ve been doing in the past!) because I love to give you some words of experience, inspirations to keep on going, to help you keep asking for what you are dreaming of, so you can participate fully in your life. Showing up is what I’m talking about. No lurking, no loitering, no sidelines anymore, my friend. No maybe’s, it’s either a No or a Hell Yeah!
This can take patience.
To really get quiet, listen in, and it can take practice. And guidance.

And commit to yourself. That’s my word for 2023.
Commitment.
Living full on, to saying YES to my dreams and desires, to the things that make me happy. To pleasure, to adventure, to purpose, to my body, to wellness, to integrity, to my creativity, to my work, to passion. I commit to myself, first.
Take time, my friend, for yourself. Be patient with yourself, but dive in fully to all that you are, all that you desire, all changes you want to make. Be kind, but commit to yourself. It is time. Dream on and take action. Deliberate action. Movement creates momentum makes magic!

More about Winnie!
Winnie is a lover of science and spirituality, and her vision is for all medicine to join as One. She is a trauma-informed licensed acupuncturist, teacher, shadow worker, Reiki and Shamanic Tao healer, as well as a professor in acupuncture at Alhambra Medical University. She is passionate about empowering people with chronic pain to step into their source power to heal themselves.
Winnie’s clients often have anxiety and depression.
They often feel stuck in their physical or emotional pain. She believes the key to healing is to stand powerfully in our authenticity. When we do the shadow work to integrate our darkness with our light, we turn our wounds into power.
We shift from being a victim to being the author of our lives.
In her book “Honoring Darkness” that she co-authored with Ji W. Choi, doctoral candidate in psychology, they searched deep into their traumas and made lemonade out of the lemons. As they navigated the darkness of grief, anger, suppression, fear, unworthiness, defensiveness, lack mentality, taking everyone for granted, manipulation and shame, they gained trust and purpose.

Hello there!
Here in this part of the world, it’s not quite spring yet. Life is in that darker place of the winterized inward journey of dreaming, stating those new desires, and moving into setting intentions for the about to begin unfolding and expanding. Think of spring growth of the unfurling, pushing through the soil, which is like opening up the soul for the budding, And that is a beautiful place to begin.
And how are you feeling? Do you feel like you are doing the same, in that place of a springtime bud- ready for the expanding, fresh with new growth and visions, ideas, projects, desires? About to be awakened, and illuminated, after the dark and cold of the winter? And are you looking forward to your new journey?
How about those new ideas that you want to get started? Have you actually put any gears into action? Or have you already come to a standstill? Unsure, and unclear about what steps to take next…Are you feeling stuck and stagnant? Unable to get off the couch? Are you running in a circle, not being able to focus with too much on your plate?
Oh, I have been in the hamster cage, spinning and spinning, excited with the new ideas, but lost in the hows, the whos, the wheres… You’ve got to start with answering the whys… that is the important step not to miss! And to help you stop that spinning, acknowledge your whys, I create a safe space, our circle, to first slow down, so you can connect with your true self and true desires, and then be able to step into creative action and feel freaking great!
I’ve been an entrepreneur all of my life, always creating, turning my passions into small businesses, almost always working for myself, listening to my creative desires, multi-passionate that I am! From dance, to writing, to photography, music, management, design, retail, wholesale, to working in the healing profession, back to dance and traveling the world, to coaching, to global dance innovator and leader of female celebration ( and so much more). And I wouldn’t change anything I’ve done in the past. For sure I’ve learned some great lessons, made mistakes, and took lots of deep dives. Yes! I’ve designed my life the wayI want it to be. I have created my ways of living, and I call my own shots. I have deep soul fulfillment, I feel rewarded knowing that I have made changes in the world that helps feed others in their own joy and successes. I love seeing my clients stepping into their dreams, ambitions, soul goals, shining their light too.
I’ve always had the ability to inspire others and help create momentum and action! And becoming that entrepreneur has led me to this deeper calling of Creative Coaching, here for you.
What is an entrepreneur? Someone who makes things happen, someone who owns and turns projects into businesses, someone who undertakes a desire. There are large company entrepreneurs (yes, I run a corporation) to small side businesses and hustles. There are aggressive entrepreneurs and there are conservative, there are innovators, there are doers, movers, and shakers. It takes all kinds!
And I love you all. There is a place for everyone’s dreams, there is a large circle of life, that you and your dream life, your vision, fit into. You are needed, you are worth all you can give to yourself to make your dreams happen.
