What it means to me, this time of year…
it is the gathering
of thoughts, ideas, and inspirations to come
it is the collecting
of the finished or started or continuation of all that I do
the love, the self-love, the bad-assery, the cozying down, and the stirring it up
the quiet and the wild
the black and blonde
the instigation and the revelations,
with the revolutions and the evolutions
identifying the legacy, naming naming naming
what I want, need
desire
to be, to do, and how to live
to the breaking open and the illuminating
to the moving forward with grace,
from the heart, really from the heart
to say no, not anymore
and to say YES, bring it on…step it up…
believe
BELIEVE
and COMMIT
Commitment to self
the songs can stop
but come again
the words flow with trepidation, no more…
it is the sway and the sashay
the beauty in your eye
the new way you walk and lead
and say yes, or, no
it is the jingle of the shimmy and your openness
your devotion to yourself, the dance, and me
YOU
I see your potential
your glow, your sparkle
and your desire
and your sublime intent
growing from the core
I thank you
for allowing
I thank me for asking
searching
tearing apart
for beauty and soul
and the healing touch
the glance inside and out
with the rise of the chest
the breath
the nuance of change to come
the passion as it streams out
forever grateful…

Yes, you are creative!
What do I mean when I say I move from chaos into creativity? From Chaos to Creativity, is what I call my free coaching consult, because I want to help you move into your creative zone of genius.,the new life you want to create.
Have you ever had that feeling of confusion,
of not knowing which way to turn next,
or what you want to be as you get older?
Lots of jumbling and rumbling going on in your head and doesn’t that feel chaotic?

And you say, I’m not creative! Everyone is creative, my friend, because you are creating your life as you live, every day. You GET to create how you want to live, what you want to do, how you want to be in this world, every day.
As we get older, we change, shift, move forward. Or at least we want to. Things feel different. Our bodies act differently. Relationships are different. Things that used to be important, don’t feel that way anymore. There is clutter, inside and out…
You know you want to live a fuller, happier, different life than the one you’ve been living. Because you have lived that already.
What is that quote that Mary Oliver said?
“Tell me, what is it you plan to do
with your one wild and precious life?”
It’s time to create another part of our life. To experience more of life. Do you feel that? Are you dreaming of something new? You want to live differently because perhaps your values have changed, or your health is shifiting, your ideas of abundance are different now. You are more curious, want to quiet down, or perhaps live more loud and boldly.
Ever feel rebellious toward making a change? Rewriting a plan for yourself because you are so spontaneous feels hard and not doable? Or making a change feels like even more chaos?
This is where I come into your life! As a multi-passionate woman, a dancer, healer, businesswoman, poet, and a chameleon of life, that’s what makes me a fantastic coach for creating healing change. Because I’ve been through a lot of that chaos too. And I have found ways and tools to make change. Ultimately that is the goal of life. To live with joy, To live every day with magic and happiness. To make a difference in the world. To move body, mind, and spirit. To create momentum and step into more of you. And that is creative, and that is you designing your life, now, as you are getting older, to follow those desires, that dream you had.
Because you can. This is your life!

She went from being perpetually exhausted to quitting her job and trekking through Peru to heal! She moved to another state, got another job, and started the hamster wheel again. So she resigned one more time, what she calls the Great Resignation! How many of you are feeling that way?

She is a journalist and founder of the RAZE TO RISE project, a movement aimed at amplifying the powerful voices of women from the Great Resignation!
| A former hustle culture devotee, ex-chief marketing officer, the Wall Street Journal’sposter girl for pandemic career burnout, and a two-time member of the Great Resignation: class of 2021 and 2022. Following a stress-induced shingles diagnosis in early 2021, Sara decided to hit the reset button on her life; she quit her hard-won CMO job and trekked to Peru’s Sacred Valley to reset her frayed nervous system. When she returned, she relocated from the buzzy metropolis of Atlanta to the beach in South Florida for a new job and a fresh start. But she once again encountered deeply ingrained cultural issues in her new role, and ultimately, she walked away again. Finding herself in the company of millions of other women who also set unfulfilling jobs ablaze during the Great Resignation, she returned to her journalism roots and began to explore the stories, breaking points, and defining moments that led women to seek greater opportunity mid-pandemic.
