Heart and Hustle: Visionary Healers, Movers, and Shakers with Paulette Rees-Denis, and today’s guest, Jennifer Moore healer and psychic and more! Episode #150
Hello gorgeous soul! Happy Fall Equinox ( Or Spring)…I hope your week is going splendidly and you can feel the change of seasons and the shifting of the light… I’ve had a lot of these wonderful Heart and Hustle interviews lately. I always want to share great inspirations, women’s businesses, healing ideas, creative processes, events and happenings, and more. Love my job and love having the opportunity to present all these magical interviews to you.
Today I get to introduce you to this beautiful woman, Jennifer Moore! She is an empath, psychic, intuitive, author (Empathic Mastery plus 3 other books) you know, all those magical healing traditions. Plus she uses EFT for transformation. Being highly sensitive, she works with others who are waking up to their empathic tendencies.
We talk about the idea of slow healing, slow recovery, because it takes a long time, of becoming who one truly is. Life does not have a quick fix! Aren’t we always learning and healing and growing?
She calls herself in her early years as being a misfit toy, never fitting in, being and feeling different than the other kids, and how she has grown over her obstacles into all the gloriousness that is now. And we talk about her book, and how she has also turned into an author!
Now wasn’t that just fabulous?! Acting ethically in the world! Hell yeah… and Giving and Recieving Support!
What are your takeaways from our conversation? I’d love to know…
~~~~~~~ More about Jennifer:
Supporting intuitives, lightworkers, and creatives to use their abilities for good, Jennifer Moore, is passionate about helping high sensitive, empathic women. As one of 21 of the United States’ 21 Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) International Master Trainers and a mentor and healer, she has made her way to the Amazon Bestseller list as the author of Empathic Mastery. Along with this, she hosts a must-listen podcast The Empathic Mastery Show.
My beautiful writers, journalers, dabblers, poets, and ones with all the chaos and ideas running around in your brain… THIS is the class for you… This is more of a write your heart out type of class, a feel your body class, an exploration class. A get clarity, and feel the relief as well as the inspiration when you get the words out of your body and onto the page!
In this 6 week class, we share a small, sacred, and safe place to write and share. It is a magical experience!
I will use some simple meditations and some guided visualizations to anchor you in your body, some movement to get your flow going and add momentum, and some fun sensory prompts to get your words flowing. This creates the magic for your words to release from your body!
Then we will add in some personal journeys for manifesting your desires. Experience the freedom of expression when you can really just let your ideas and words flow, the release of the chaos in your brain, to that full deep breath of awareness and joy. When you develop your journaling practice. Think of this as a coaching experience with me as we do dive into desires and values and visions and dreams!
DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS SATURDAY SEPT 17th!
You do need to pre-register for this six-week class. Set this time aside for YOU, for yourself, with time to explore your words and desires and deepen your practice of journaling and daily self-care.
