Women’s Divine Feminine Essence: A Journey of Self-Discovery
The divine feminine essence is a powerful and transformative energy that resides within all of us women. Are you in touch with yours? That’s the question…
It is a source of creativity, intuition, compassion, and nurturing. When we embrace our divine feminine essence, we can unlock our full potential and create a more harmonious and balanced world, as well as living a life full of purpose, freedom, creativity, and empowerment.
I want to talk about the nature of the divine feminine essence and how we can connect with it more fully, and in our daily lives. Because I see this lack of connection and unfilment in so many women as we have gotten older, like losing bits of ourselves. Like staying stuck and sitting on the couch, wondering what is next and how to do it.
What is the Divine Feminine Essence?
The divine feminine essence is the yin energy that complements the yang energy of the masculine. It is associated with the moon, the earth, and the water element. The divine feminine is receptive, intuitive, and nurturing. It is the source of life and creativity. And for many of us it has been squashed down, hiding deep inside, as we’ve been running around, getting things done in a more masculine way. But it is time to change that, especially as we have grown older.
Because we want a deeper connection, with our selves, and also with other women wanting the same thing. We want to be seen and heard. We know we are here to live a different purpose now, that we have lived several decades, had perhaps many jobs, or in a job for too long! We’ve worked hard, taken care of family, had that awful and distracting invisible workload of to-do’s, blah, blah, blah. Right? And with some of that has come some anxiety, some chaos, uncertainty, and even unhealthiness.
Time for a change, my friend! Time to take care of your time management, your body, your connection, your creativity, your new purpose, now. And find more fulfilment as this age, more freedom, more abundance.
How Can We Connect with Our Divine Feminine Essence?
I am always talking about so many ways to connect with our divine feminine essence, and stepping into our Divine Guidance System! Listening in deep. Trusting, and the allowing, too.
Take some time this week, to practice something new, or something you haven’t done in a while that brings you pleasure.
How about::
- Spending time in nature
- Meditating
- Practicing yoga or other forms of movement
- Journaling
- Creative activities, such as painting, writing, or dancing
- Receiving massage or other forms of bodywork
- Connecting with our intuition
- Spending time with other women***
Benefits of Embracing the Divine Feminine Essence Within You
What’s gonna happen if you do more of those things? What are the benefits of taking better care of yourself and trusting in your own wisdom?

- Increased self-awareness and self-love and self-pleasure

- Choosing to consume media that is empowering to women
Embracing our divine feminine essence is a journey of self-discovery and transformation. It is a path that can lead to a more fulfilling and harmonious life. By connecting with our divine feminine essence, we can create a more beautiful and balanced world, outside of ourselves, as well as within ourselves. So we can shine our light, live each day lit up and excited, with a new voice, a new direction, and a refined sense of self and purpose. Because my love, you are worth it, and we want you!

Happy Monday!
You are a multi-passionate creative woman, like me. Am I right?
Wow, all those great ideas! (just FYI, I am a manifesting generator in Human Design)… but are you also feeling multi-crazy? No time management, so many ideas, and no tools for actually manifesting and bringing into fruition those ideas.
As your coach, I am here to inspire and create using my energy, my gut intuition, and my connection to source. As well as my years of experiences in life and business. Those are what my superpowers are, engaging with your vision, your energy, and what you want guidance with, to share tools that will work for you.
As a multi-passionate woman in mid-life, I hear so often, from my women clients, in mid-career, mid-life…that you are circling in overwhelm, feel like you are in survival mode, on that hamster wheel of sameness and even boring and mundane.
We all have a purpose on this planet, in our one life, and that is to feel good, to live to the fullest and share our special skills, vision, energy. We all have a place in our big circle. And we need to have a MAP to get there.
I love leading women’s circle, because to see women connect with themselves and with each other to share visions, past stories, and learn how to release those old ways of self-sabotage (OMGoddess, aren’t you tired of that?) is empowering and uplifting for all involved.
