Isabelle is a wellness advisor, fitness and nutrition expert, and co-creator of Shakeology and several BODi programs. She’s devoted to helping people live with less stress and more authenticity, blending mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and spiritual well-being into a holistic, no-BS approach to life.

Her journey into wellness is deeply personal and profoundly spiritual. At 22, while pursuing a thriving acting career, a devastating car accident left her unable to walk. Determined to heal, she turned to alternative medicine, meditation, and a self-designed recovery plan, one that took over two years and led to a deep awakening about the mind-body-spirit connection. Since then, Isabelle has dedicated her life to guiding others toward wholeness, working with Hollywood celebrities, rock stars, and Olympic athletes to help them align body, mind, and spirit.
