and today’s guest
Theresa Lear Levine
an EFT Master Practitioner &
International Best-Selling Author

Hello, my loves!

It’s been a little while since we’ve had a new Heart & Hustle episode—and I’m so happy to finally be back sharing another conversation with you!

The past few months have been full of life, family, and caring for my mom, which meant Heart & Hustle needed to take a little pause.

And sometimes, that’s exactly what we need to do.

To pause.
To be present.
To take care of what matters most.

Now I’m ready to get back to sharing the conversations I love so much with all of you—and I couldn’t think of a better guest to return with than Theresa Lear Levine.

And our conversation went in so many wonderful directions!

We talked about what happens when you know what to do but still can’t seem to take action.

We explored:

✨ Procrastination and self-sabotage
✨ ADHD burnout and diminished capacity
✨ Why pushing harder isn’t always the answer
✨ The role of the nervous system in creating change
✨ Shame and the pressure to always “hold everything together”
✨ Money blocks and learning to receive
✨ Subconscious beliefs we carry from an early age
✨ EFT tapping and hypnotherapy
✨ Creating boundaries around your time and energy
✨ And Theresa’s powerful Finish What You Start practice

One of the things I loved most about our conversation was the reminder that we don’t have to shame ourselves into changing.

Sometimes we need more safety.

More space.

More support.

And more permission to slow down, receive, and listen to what we really need.

🎁 And Theresa Has a FREE Gift for You!

Theresa has generously created a special free resource for Heart & Hustle listeners, and you won’t want to miss it!

Heart and Hustle with guest Lillian Moore, trauma expert…

Heart and Hustle with guest Lillian Moore, trauma expert…

Heart and Hustle #219
with me, Paulette Rees-Denis
and today’s guest
Lillian Moore
trauma expert, entrepreneur, mentor

What if healing didn’t have to take years?

What if the stories, fears, and old identities you’ve carried for decades could finally soften… with compassion, awareness, movement, and vision?

This week on Heart and Hustle, I sat down with the brilliant and deeply grounded Lillian Moore — trauma expert, teacher, entrepreneur, and founder of Mindlight — for a rich and expansive conversation about healing, nervous system work, creativity, vision, and becoming who we’re truly meant to be.

And wow… this conversation is full of wisdom.

We talked about:
✨ healing trauma with compassion instead of shame
✨ why the body already knows how to metabolize emotions
✨ self-sabotage, resistance, and creative power
✨ the importance of vision when rewriting your life
✨ moving beyond survival mode
✨ “the tiger and the berry” — one of my favorite metaphors from this episode
✨ weaving healing, self-love, and intention into everyday life
✨ and how connection, community, and supportive environments can completely transform us

One of my favorite reminders from Lillian was this:
“Healing happens faster when you’re healing in a direction.”
YES.

Not just endlessly trying to fix yourself… but moving toward the life, the joy, the relationships, the creativity, and the future that are calling you forward.

This conversation felt deeply nourishing, inspiring, practical, and hopeful.

If you’ve been navigating change, healing old wounds, rebuilding your life, or dreaming into a new chapter — this episode is for you.

Heart and Hustle with guest writer and founder of the Narrative Method, Shari Foos!

Heart and Hustle with guest writer and founder of the Narrative Method, Shari Foos!

What if the stories we tell ourselves are the very things keeping us disconnected from who we really are?

This week on Heart and Hustle, I had the absolute joy of sitting down with the brilliant and deeply inspiring Shari Foos — therapist, writer, performer, storytelling practitioner, founder of The Narrative Method, and fellow lover of curiosity, creativity, and authentic human connection.

This conversation lit me up.

We talked about:
✨ the loneliness epidemic and our deep need to be seen and heard
✨ the “cult of culture” and how society teaches us we’re not enough
✨ creativity as healing
✨ writing as a path back to your authentic voice
✨ the power of storytelling, community, laughter, and relational mindfulness
✨ learning to create a safe base within yourself

Shari shares such beautiful wisdom about reconnecting with yourself beneath all the noise, pressure, perfectionism, and conditioning.

And honestly? It felt like two soul sisters talking about possibility, beauty, change, and the magic of being fully human.

If you’ve been craving deeper connection — with yourself and others — this episode is for you.

The Next Chapter Women’s Circle

The Next Chapter Women’s Circle

Hello Love,  Is It Time to Rewrite Your Story?

Have you ever felt like someone hit the dimmer switch on your life? You know there is a path ahead, a brighter and bolder version of yourself waiting to emerge, but the “how” feels shrouded in old patterns and the weight of daily responsibilities.

If you are ready to move from uncertainty to aligned action—rewriting your story, restoring your wellbeing, and stepping into a life that feels abundant and alive—this is your invitation.
I am so delighted to start this next circle for women!

Introducing:
The Next Chapter Women’s Circle ( and Mastermind)

This is not just another mastermind; it is a soulful, three-month virtual journey designed specifically for women ready for change.

Whether you are a creative, an entrepreneur, or a seeker, this circle provides the compassionate roadmap you need to reclaim your voice and move forward with clarity. With feminine empowerment and a deeper connection…

Starting June 2, we begin a 12-week transformation that blends soulful inquiry with practical steps. And let’s add some fun and celebration to the journey!

The 3-Month Roadmap

What We Focus On
Month 1
Reconnecting With Yourself
Honoring where you are, letting go of old stories, and rediscovering your voice.
Month 2
Reimagining Your Life
Exploring creative dreams, designing your ideal lifestyle, and building self-trust.
Month 3
Stepping Into Your Next Chapter
Making courageous choices, creating your Personal Vision Plan, and celebrating your integration.

Why a Women’s Circle?
There is a unique power in sisterhood. In this circle, you aren’t walking the path alone. You gain access to a community of like-minded women who “get it”—women who are also ready to write their own rules and decide how their lives and businesses will work for them.

Our gatherings are a mix of the “woo” and the practical. We use tools like the Magic Action Plan (MAP) to ensure that your big visions are supported by grounded, doable steps you can take every single week.

What’s Included in Your Journey?

  • Weekly Gatherings: Live sessions via Zoom to keep the drive alive and the juices flowing.
  • One-on-One Support: A private strategy session to tailor your success plan.
  • A Private Community: Access to our private Facebook group for ongoing support and connection between calls.
  • Actionable Tools: Soulful prompts, visioning worksheets, and guided rituals to restore your energy and presence.

Your Next Chapter Begins With One Loving Step
The launch for our next circle begins on Tuesday June 2, for 3 months, and I would love to see you there.

Are you ready to stop wishing for more time and start living the story you’ve always wanted to tell?

Your first step!
Let’s connect and see if this new women’s circle is the place that will bring your ideas and dreams to the light, with real action plans and a beautiful circle of connection with other women.
Let’s schedule you in for a free call with me to help guide you to the next step:
https://calendly.com/paulettecoach/steppingintoyournextchapterstrategycall

I am here to support women in midlife and mid-career who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves during times of transition.

Through gentle, embodied practices and soulful reflection, I help you slow down, reconnect with your body and inner wisdom, and move forward with clarity and confidence — without pressure, hustle, or forcing change.

My work creates space to listen inward, release what no longer fits, and step into the next chapter with presence, trust, and a renewed sense of possibility.

Ohhhh, how juicy is that? What does that feel like to you? Freedom, change, possibilities? A newer awareness?

This is not about becoming someone new — it’s about coming home to who you already are.
I’ve not only got lovely strategy sessions for you, schedule that call with me now – https://calendly.com/paulettecoach/steppingintoyournextchapterstrategycall

For today, though love, I want you to remind yourself to see the world through a lens of positivity and gratitude, so you can open yourself up to a whole new realm of magic.

Heart and Hustle #219
with me, Paulette Rees-Denis
and today’s guest
Blaise Kennedy

Hello there,

I hope this week is meeting you with a little spaciousness, a little breath, and perhaps a little more curiosity about what it means to truly listen to yourself.

This week on Heart and Hustle, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Blaise Kennedy for a conversation that felt both grounding and expansive—one of those conversations that opens something deeper while you’re listening.

Blaise and I explored spirituality, trauma, embodiment, healing, and what it really means to reconnect with yourself in a world that often teaches us to stay disconnected.

What I loved most about this conversation is how honest it is.

Blaise speaks so beautifully about his own journey—from addiction and disconnection to meditation, healing, and a life devoted to helping others come back into relationship with themselves.

We talked about what it means to:
listen inward,
understand the body,
move through trauma with support,
and uncover the deeper intelligence already living within you.

I always love these kinds of conversations because while every journey is deeply personal, there is something so powerful about hearing how someone else found their way back to themselves.

And this one is full of those moments.

So enjoy our conversation with Blaise—there is so much wisdom here, and I think you’ll find something in it that speaks directly to where you are.
